Returns Policy
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If the product is unsuitable, please return goods in good condition within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and with all labels intact. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear.
We suggest parcels be returned via Royal mail letter post or Parcel Force. We will not refund postage for goods that you consider unsuitable.
Faulty Goods
We will replace any goods that are faulty or give you a refund. If you send back the faulty item, postal charges will be refunded to you. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost/damaged in return transit. The sender must be responsible for pursuing any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is always recommended.
Cancellation of an Order
If your item is to be delayed, or out of stock, you will be E-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Methods of Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, email or Telephone us in 7 days, Please note you would receive a refund for the goods, but you would be liable for Postage Charges, ( No charge if goods have not left the shop)
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order straight away. You will normally receive your order within 5-7 working days within Mainland U.K. though delays may be experienced during busy times and bank holidays. Please note that some parcels may need a signature and cannot be left outside empty premises. Please nominate an alternative delivery address if necessary.
